Life can sometimes feel difficult, especially when you’re dealing with feelings of anxiety or overwhelm. It’s completely normal to wonder how you will cope. Perhaps you want to understand how things can become so unmanageable.

You don’t need to have the right words, and you don’t need to know what kind of help you need.

I offer a quiet, encouraging space where we can make sense of what’s going on for you, unpack what’s underneath, and find a steadier way forward.

I’m trained as a Counsellor and a Life Coach.

I also use mindfulness in a very simple way, helping you notice what’s happening in your body and mind and responding with more kindness and clarity.

People often tell me that working together helps them make more sense of themselves, see things differently, and feel more grounded. These gentle shifts can bring meaningful, lasting change.

I’m not here to fix you.

I see this as a shared process – supporting you to move towards a life that feels more balanced and meaningful to you.
