Hello, I’m Christine

Whatever has brought you here, you’re not alone – and you don’t have to work this out by yourself.

I’m trained as a Counsellor and a Life Coach. I also use mindfulness in a very simple, everyday way – not as something you have to ‘do’, but as a way of noticing what’s happening in your body and mind and responding with more kindness and clarity.

I don’t separate these approaches out. Everyone is individual, so there is no set way of working. I draw on whatever feels most helpful in the moment, so our work is shaped around you.

Our work together is calm and gently challenging. We go at your pace, with no pressure to be anywhere other than where you are.

I’m not here to fix you. I see this as a shared process, where we make sense of things together and support you to move towards a life that feels more balanced and meaningful to you.
