What is coaching?

Coaching is about working in the here and now and moving forward.

We may use some coaching tools that will help you to uncover areas of your life that have been hidden to you.

Having space and time to explore, may help you to tap in to any hunches, thoughts and ideas that can enable you to realise the potential you have within.

Having a coach can give you’re the support and confidence to move outside your comfort zone.

I offer 1:1 coaching session’s where we will work together on areas of your life that you would like to improve, reach a goal, change direction, or something else.


How it works

I work over Zoom and offer you an initial low cost 30min discussion, where you can ask me any questions that you may have.  This can help you to decide if I am the coach for you.

A contract will be created agreeing on how many sessions you will initially have. Usually, we work between 6 and 10 sessions, these can be delivered in any way that is deemed best for you.
